Returns

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within 30 days.

The following items are not able to be returned:

• Labor, and/or delivery services
• Items that have been damaged through customer installation, use, or abused

Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account. We do not do exchanges.

All returns must include a copy of your invoice.

Restocking Fee

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns, except where the item was defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect.

WBC Industrial Discretion

WBC Industrial reserves the right to deny any return. Additional exclusions may apply.

Mailing returns

You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS.
